Product Description:
Brazil is the bell weather of world coffee.

By far the world's largest producer of coffee by volume and capable of generating exceptional qualities.

Literally every single coffee roaster around the world has one or many Brazil coffees in the portfolio at all times and for very good reasons.

Coffees from Brazil are sweet, refined and balanced - perfectly suited for espresso duty.

Brazil has in the past suffered from an unfair reputation of delivering cheap and mild coffee - seemingly interested in shipping mass volume.

That might have been the case 15 or 20 years ago and the same could be said for almost every other coffee growing origin at the same time.

However, Specialty Grade coffee has been a fundamental and fast growing section of the Brazil coffee industry.

In the modern era, volume of specialty grade Brazil harvests exceed entire crops from many other origins.

A classic Brazil Specialty grade offers a fine cup with clean chocolate flavour, refined acidity that is perfectly balanced, intense sweetness, great body and length with a rich finish.

Each year Brazil has 2 crops. Coffees for the main crop arrive in Australia around late December/early January and again in June for the smaller crop.

We have worked with many premium estates in Brazil over the last 10 years, including Ipanema, Monte Alegra, NuCoffee, Bourbon Specialty and more recently the exciting and dynamic O' Coffee.

In the past we have offered both full naturals and the pulpled natural, however, we have fixed our lots to full naturals.

For varietals, we prefer to select the best quality Yellow Bourbon and Muno Nouvo - we believe they offer the absolute best in classic, sweet and rich cups.

Perfect for espresso or milk-based espresso beverages.
